Financial Arrangements

In order to provide you with the highest quality dental care, we provide our patients with an estimate of fees and arrange a payment schedule. By establishing a clearly defined method of payment, we hope to eliminate confusion, simplify insurance claims and provide more thorough coverage for our patients. So that we will both have a definite understanding, please select the payment method that is most appropriate for your budget.

Cash or Check
A 5% accounting reduction will be extended to our patients when fees in excess of $5,000 are paid prior to scheduling treatment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

For our patients with dental insurance:

We are contracted only with Delta Dental of MA and Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA Insurance companies. We are happy to help you maximize your dental benefits.

Our protocol is as follows:

• Your estimated portion is due at time of service.
• We file a claim to your insurance company.
• Your insurance company pays us according to your policy agreement.

Although we are not contracted with the most insurance companies (we are out of network), we are happy to help you maximize your dental benefits Our protocol is as follows:

• Pay in full at the time of service.
• We file a claim to your insurance company.
• You are reimbursed from your insurance company, according to your policy agreement.

Fur our patients without dental insurance:

Payment is expected in full at the time of service, Please be prepared at your appointment with cash, check, or a major credit card.

If you need a payment plan, we offer next option:

We can split the fee into three equal payments, with the first one due at the time of service, and one each subsequent month. This requires a credit card on file.
